Vista Alegre expands its collections into new areas, reinforcing its links to design, art and culture, and continuing its involvement in social responsibility projects.
Launched in partnership with Brazilian NGO Ecoarts Amazônia, the popular Amazōnia collection continues to grow. The three new decorative pieces, the joint work of the painters of Vista Alegre’s Manufacturing team, and the women of the Kayapo tribe continue drawing attention to the cultural, social and environmental heritage of the world’s largest rainforest, with part of the collection’s revenue reverting to the reforestation of the Mato Grosso area, where Ecoarts operates.
Vista Alegre also marks its entry into the Home Decor segment with the Duality and Ivory collections, which transcend the concepts of tableware and gifts and fit directly into the sophisticated universe of home decor. A logical and desirable complement to the brand’s offer. As regards collaborations with renowned artists, Marcel Wanders offers a new variation of his Blue Ming collection, while Vortex by Ross Lovegrove represents a genuine challenge to porcelain production. 2020 will also be marked by the partnership with the global fashion icon, Claudia Schiffer. Three new pieces make up the celebrated Única collection and build a bridge between the worlds of fashion and interior design.
